Well, everyone but Rhiannon, who will continue in her current thread.
Caine returns from the edge of the Abyss with Deirdre and Corwin and Corwin's son Merlin. There is much excitement and concern in Amber that if Deirdre lives, then so might Brand. Brand makes no appearances and his trumps give no hint (if anyone is brave enough to try).
Corwin and Deirdre after a short stint in Amber go off to his pattern. Deirdre returns after a while, because she was bored she says. Corwin's pattern can no longer be found. Walking / hellriding / teleporting to it from the pattern all lead to only a garden with a floral patch that looks like the shape of his pattern. A city, called Paris by the natives, is already forming there. It's approximately turn of the century (19th - 20th) as far as technology. Firearms work and are part of the natural setting. More people use swords than in our Paris. Corwin is the king. He appears to have two sons: Merlin and Thomas, neither of whom has he named heir.
Random is still King in Amber, still married, and still childless save Martin. All of the others have returned. Gerard, Julian, and Benedict are still in the area: Gerard in charge of the entire fleet, Julian in Arden and he occasionally visits, Benedict still at the castle and running overall defense. Deirdre lives mostly in shadow: avoiding Flora who has a great deal of influence at court and over one's chances of meeting the King officially.
Martin, son of Random, lives out in shadow and makes occasional visits.
Caine went back to drinking and carousing shortly after his return. This lead Random to cede the entire navy to Gerard. Soon thereafter Caine got himself killed in one of these barfights. See Brand for how easy he is to find.
Bleys is hanging out mostly at the Castle and in Amber. He has a public mistress with whom he spends much of his time. He doesn't seem particularly interested in much more than her. He seems bored.
Fiona has all but moved into Dworkin's cave which Dworkin abandoned. She spends a lot of time studying the pattern and wandering out in shadow.
Llewella comes out of Rebma when she has to.
Dworkin lived in his cave by the pattern for about a year after Oberon's death. One day he took the jewel of judgement from Random and disappeared. He hasn't been seen since and neither has it.
Oberon's still dead. So are Eric and Brand. So, for that matter, is Caine.
Names of other elder Amberites that have been dropped: Finndo, Osric, Delwin, Sand, Coral. The first two are dead, the last three are missing. There may be more, but the names aren't available.
Other names: Dara, Mandor: chaosites, the first is somehow related to Corwin and Benedict, the latter is a lord of chaos.
Bill Roth, Corwin's friend, was brought to Amber (by whom isn't exactly known) and stayed for a while. After Deirdre returned, he disappeared.
Random has been trying to find a volunteer to be the Ambassador to the Courts of Chaos. So far he has been refused by all of his siblings. He hasn't asked his nephews / nieces (or Clive...who the heck knows who his folks are.)
