Eric at least once. Probably Bleys - implied through the Brand/Fiona/Bleys plotting. Dierdre - implied in Merlin's chronicles when her ghost speaks French. Flora, for a long time. Dexter, probably. Burt, with Wren.
edit - and some more. Bleys is confirmed - because he met Rhiannon there. Benedict - which is why Rhiannon was there. Going way back through the old threads, Titania - because she tried to kill Wren there. This also implies Titania's parents, whoever they are, may have been there. Many many others implied by Random's recent comment to Clive: "Primal planes near here [Amber] tend to be popular" Possibly Merlin and Martin have been to Earth, but Merlin's age is definitely wrong and Martin's hadn't walked the Pattern until after Clive's birth. Rinaldo's existence is implied in the Four Winds Bar thread, but his age/birthdate/travel habits are unknown. Possibly Thomas, but little is known of him. Book characters totally unaccounted for: Delwin, Sand, Dalt, Coral. "New" characters whose past whereabouts are totally unaccounted for: Osric. Finndo? Implied book characters, unnamed and unaccounted for: Descendants of Benedict/Lintra besides Dara. Hmm...no, the ages are wrong, they are all "younger" than Clive. edit edit! - and as hinted by Random, possible other siblings/descendants of Oberon or even Dworkin. Also implied in Merlin's chronicles by the ghost of Oberon - who claimed to have 47 descendants. |

AFAIK the only one who knows Deirdre might be alive is Brand. I also believe that it was never actually said that what Brand saw was Deirdre.

I thought when Corwin was missing, and then Caine was missing, and then Iris was missing (went after Caine), Caine came back with Iris, Corwin, and Dierdre?

Bad stuff characters: Wren, Dexter and probably Moebius
No stuff characters: Me and Clive Good stuff characters: Iris and Elija This has nothing to do with my actual stuff or anyone elses. I just think it's funny to watch what happens to them. Wren is always in deep trouble running from one to the next. I can't wait to see what she's really up to and why. I think she would make a good FBI agent for the X-files. Dexter has the universe dump on him at every turn. Somehow he keeps plugging and seems to eventually come out alright. Dexter's my favorite PC right now. Moebius makes me wonder what he's up to already. All I get out of Bleys showing up is that a) Bleys did do it, or b) Bleys didn't do it. Finally c) Caine isn't involved but that has nothing to do with Bleys. Personally I think he set it up himself. I'm not on enough to have stuff. No more comment about me. Clive keeps wandering at the edge of the grand conspiracy without being sucked in. One day the signs of the pattern and logrus are going to come to him and Burt and say 'choose between us and do this quest'. I like following their adventures the most. Iris wanders into what should be trouble and gets useful stuff out of it. She HAS to have good stuff. Iris gets to be the grand druid of Amber. Was this tree thing her idea? That's clever. Elija got a power. 'nuff said. Alright, it looks like she was after this from the beginning. It's kind of nice to see a DM give a person that when they want it. I wonder if it's worth it. Is it worth it? I wonder what Dexter's going to do with the jewel. I wonder lots of things. Now I know why I didn't hear from Bleys. |

Here we go, through the context of the following scenario:You are in a twisty maze of shadows, all alike.It is dark.You are likely to be eaten by a grue.> Clive: gets lamp, lights lamp, explores maze. Stumbles across evidence of grue infestation. Dexter: gets lamp, lights lamp, explores maze. Leans against wall to rest; accidentally pushes lever. Ominous rumbling commences. Elija: tweaks probability, lit lamp appears. Walks maze, gains powers. Iris: insults grue. gets lamp, lights lamp. walks maze, commands it to send her to Oberon. Wren: summons lit lamp. Walks maze, commands it to send her to the grue. Rhiannon: casts light spell. Asks Bleys about maze, gets lied to. Moebius: gets lamp, lights lamp. Briefly investigates maze. Leaves maze, having no affiliation to Amber. Slays grue on way out. |
